Quit In-Person –The single most important step you as a tobacco user can take to live a healthier life is to quit. Quitting isn’t easy! Your 802Quit Partner is here to help. Our tobacco cessation support group is open to anyone over 18. The workshop is free, offering nicotine replacement for all Vermont residents. FreshStart Tobacco Cessation Support Group. Quit Online – 802Quits Online Quit Help connects you with former smokers. It also connects you with others trying to quit. You’ll find online resources for information, tips and tools that will help increase your chances of successfully quitting. You’ll also meet a community of others who can guide and support you.
